The Ferrari World

Any guess what is it? No! It really is one of the man made wonders. It is more than 2 square kilometers of poise, passion and pizzaz. It isn't just a giant red star fish with roads surrounding it, it is a thing that can make volcanoes of joy errupt in you, its called THE FERRARI WORLD and it is the biggest in-door park ever made!
After a long wait of four years, this project has been complete which is by far the biggest project in the history of Ferrari. It is just beside Abu Dhabi international racing circuit. Opening was due this saturday but due to some reasons, we don't know, prince couldn't attend the ceremony so officially it will be opened for public next week.
A multi billion dollar project which has everything related to Ferrari, that insignia of Ferrari on the roof-top is 60x40 meters in size, really explains the hugeness of that RED TIDE!
Inside there are more than 20 rollercoaster rides and best one amoung them is below. Cabs in that rollercoaster look like F430 and go like a rocket. There are actually two rollercoasters side by side which seem to be racing with each other but of course they aren't....
Inside there are numerous italian resturants...

The only F1 roller-coaster that makes you sick and make you say "it was insane!".
Ordinary malls and parks feature a racing car screens at the front to make to feel like you're in a racing car. But this isn't that ordinary installment. Its a proper Ferrari F60, which is placed in a floor that is connected to hydraulic lifters and pressurizers. When you play, all hydraulics and pressurizers connected to an electronic control unit make you feel like a proper original F1 car. You feel all the G-forces depending on the turn and braking you're applying.... very clever!

More details are still to follow!

The Stiggy stig farm...

A british newspaper has published some pictures showing, what newspaper says, a farm where a character called THE STIG are being made. The characters are given special treatment whole day to make each and every thing like TOP GEAR's Stig....
The red ones are inspired from, i think, Ferrari's Formula 1 drivers for 2010 season, Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa....

10 most expensive cars EVER!

What do expect how would the most expensive cars in the world ever sold would look like? Forget about Veyron, zonda, 599XX, reventon, SSC aero... None of the top 10 look like those I've named. Wanna know? Well see rest of the post because what is next is the list of 10 most expensive cars ever sold....

First of them is this 1937 Mercedes 540K. Sold by head of FIA Bernie Eccelestone in 2007.
This was the first car by Rolls Royce after the merger of two companies Rolls and Royce owned by persons with same names. It had and still has 1.8 litre twin engine with produces 12 bhp (oh! this is tooooo much power, I want a car with a bit low power). This car had the top speed of 39 mph.
Its called 250 SSK, built in 1929 had a top speed of 38 mph when it was new (Boy O boy! its fast)...
Its a Ferrari, a proper Ferrari called 330 TRI-LM built in 1962. It is one of the last front engined racing car to leave Le-Mans.
Its 1961 Ferrari 250 GT SWB and guess who is its owner? It is the_SHIFT's one of the favourite superstar... Chris Evans!
Here come the biggiesss! Its a Bugati and all we know is that it was made in 1931 and was called Royale Berline.

Its Ferrari 250 Testarossa, one of the first Ferraris to be powered by a V12 engine and it is still considered to one of the best sounding Ferrari ever made....

Well its another Bugati, the 1931 Bugati Royale Kellner Coupe. With over 15ft of pure metal this bugati is powered by a 12.7 litre engine from an aircraft of 1930s.

Here it is, the most expensive Ferrari ever sold, In case you don't know it is also owned by Chris Evans. Its a 1963 250 GTO bought by Chris Evans this summer...Check out this LINK to know more about 250GTO....

And like 21st century supercars, in classics most expensive car ever is again a Bugati. Its called Type 57C Atlantic made back in 1936. Only 3 were made and this piece was sold back in May this year officially as the most expensive car....

What a nut, a person needs to be to buy one of the above? You can buy around 30 Bugati Veyrons in 27 million pounds, you can buy 17 Ferrari 599GTO, you can buy 27 Pagani Zonda Cinque or you could buy 33 Lamborghini reventons (well only 20 exist at the moment, anyways there is nothing wrong with doing maths). Hence proved that a very big nut bought it... Anyways! Let me have your thoughts about the cars above...

Zonda forever!!!

Know about this? this is the Pagani Zonda F clubsport, one of the first zonda to go at the top of the Nurburgring lap board. This car lapped around the Nurburgring in 7 min and 58 seconds beating Carrera GT. The record couldn't hold on for very long and it was soon broken...

Time went on until 2010 came and Ferrari said we'll tell you how to go fast around Nurburgring and they brought out their latest, fastest and the most powerful Ferrari ever made, the mighty 599XX. It lapped in a mind-bottling 6 mins and 54 seconds but then the Pagani striked back with their Pagani Zonda R to clinch the top spot for the second time. Zonda R is still holding the lap record at the Nurburgring of 6 mins and 47 seconds. What a MACHINE!!!

Jeremy Clarkson will review the Zonda R in his up-coming DVD, the Italian Job. You really have to see this dream machine!

Merc makes special AMGs for aussies

Mercedes have made one-off which is of course not for sale AMG model of new C63 and SLS for the australians. That's right, these two cars are specially made for australia, they'll remain in australia. Only reason that has been announced by Merc is that they've been made to pay homage to australian Merc users. Don't forget australia is the 5th biggest market for mercedes.

This SLS is really cool! Loved the colour combination. Although performance figures are same as the standard AMG but with that colour scheme, SLS looks magnificent.

First SLS crash pics

You definitely won't like to see your supercar in this shape, drive safely and always wear seat belt. That's all what I've to say on this.

Murcielago gets another 110bhp

Lamborghini made a rampaging bull that produced 640 bhp but yesterday came along JB Car Design from Germany to make it produce 750 bhp and to make it completely bonkers!
Yes thats right, this car after getting some addition pieces of metal would really produce 750 bhp. Only 25 will be made and it will cost $25,000 extra on the original car (since original car hasn't gone out of production yet). Check out the remaining pictures.

This Reventon styled front bumper really is a cracking one and it does look good on murcielago.
